CAZANA’S Rupert Pontin signing as director of valuations has boosted growth plans for the used vehicle database’s rapidly expanding valuation team.
Rupert joins the business from Glass’s, bringing more than 30 years’ experience in the management, valuation, and strategic remarketing of new and used vehicles.
His appointment is an impressive move for Cazana as it continues to build its influence and relationship with leasing companies, fleets, OEMs, and dealerships.
Since launching in 2013, Cazana has quickly become the largest search and indexing engine for used vehicles on sale in the UK, with more than 600,000 vehicles listed for sale on the website and records of all 37 million vehicles on the road.
The business is currently expanding its offering to the US, and other key European countries. Rupert’s appointment will expedite these growth plans as a key liaison with finance & leasing companies and OEMs.
