SURREY-based broker Concept Vehicle Leasing has just appointed Phil Ayton to the role of new business development executive.
The role is to assist the Concept directors in the day to day operations of small fleet management, daily rental and short term leasing products, preparing tactical offers and providing excellent customer service.
Concept Vehicle Leasing was a winner of the Best leasing broker up to 1000 sales and joint winner of the Best leasing broker customer service award up to 4000 vehicle sales in the Federation’s Leasing Broker Awards.
And Phil looks set to carry on that excellence in customer service. Prior to joining Concept, Phil worked for eight years with Marks & Spencer – a brand keenly associated with customer service – rising from an apprentice to managing stores across south London.
