IT’S another important signing for Surrey-based Concept Vehicle Leasing as Concept signs Andrew Hibbert as business development manager.

Andrew joins the Concept Team in Surbiton boasting a wealth of experience in the industry having spent over 10 years working with both BMW and Mercedes dealerships.  More recently Andy has been running an independent leasing broker called Demo, and his appointment follows the acquisition of Demo’s customer base by Concept.

Concept managing director Paul Bulloch said: “Our business has been built on the back of delivering exceptional customer service, and part of this is by ensuring customers benefit from dedicated account management; regardless of size or profile.

“Both Andrew and the Concept Team were keen to ensure that customers would experience continuity of service following the transfer of the customer base from Demo, so appointing Andy to manage those relationships was an obvious choice.  It’s an exciting step – Andy shares our ethos on providing a consultative approach along with excellent customer care.

In addition to managing and expanding his own customer portfolio, Andrew will be working with the management team at Concept to assist with marketing and their strategy for growth.

Andrew commented: “I’ve spent the past 18 months or so developing my own customer base, and joining the Concept Team means that I’m now able to offer a wider range of services along with direct rates from some of the most competitive contract hire providers in the industry.

“This can only mean more competitive deals for my customers along with improved service and support.

“Having the support of an experienced, dedicated and friendly team is real progression for me – it’s great to be part of the Concept family.”
