Expanding UK Carline grows sales team

EXPANDING UK Carline has announced its first new appointments for 2017 as part of business growth plans with Mark Tillotson as business development manager.

He is tasked with developing the sales teams and increasing business especially in the growing personal leasing market.

With the company experiencing significant expansion, particularly in commercial vehicles and personal contract hire, he brings with him a wealth of experience in these sectors.

Mark has worked in the vehicle leasing industry for the past 12 years and started his new role with UK Carline at the beginning of January.

Also joining UK Carline are Lee Harrison and Natalie Middlemas as account managers. Lee brings with him 11 years of fleet sales experience with Citroen and Natalie has joined the company following a corporate sales role with MINI/BMW.

Business development manager Mark Tillotson says: “I’m extremely enthusiastic about my new role at UK Carline and excited to have joined the team at such a pivotal point in time.

“This year will be a transformational period for the company and the move our new state-of-the-art premises together with a huge recruitment drive will keep us at the forefront of our industry.”

Carline general manager Jonathan Nolan says: “Mark has a fantastic reputation within the industry and has existing relationships with many of our funding partners and suppliers so he’ll be able to progress quickly in his new role with us.

“Our sales, marketing and support teams have already given him a warm welcome and are looking forward to a busy 2017. As we double the number of account managers over the next 12 months, Mark will be able to share his skills and knowledge to ensure that our customers receive the best advice from us.

“He’ll be involved with our commitment to coaching and developing our team and with dedicated training areas in our new offices we’re now in an even better position to make that happen.”

In their mission statement, UK Carline state that they aim to raise the bar in customer service by treating their customers fantastically. The company encourages a culture of innovation, empowerment and continuous improvement to strive to exceed their customer’s expectations.

Jonathan adds: “Both Lee and Natalie supplied vehicles to UK Carline in their previous roles and we were very impressed with the service that we received from them. It’s so important that we recruit the best people in the industry who really know how to look after their customers and so I’m really pleased that they have joined us at this exciting time.
