NORTHAMPTON-based Silverstone Fleet Management’s Charlie Pointer got off to a flying start to join their sales support team.
Her background is customer service where she was working on the Emirates Airlines and now her feet are firmly back on the ground with a challenging but rewarding role with Silverstone.
Silverstone are entering into their fifth trading year in May and have expanded their team to focus on customer retention as well as moving to a new purpose-built premises in July due to the expansion.
Charlie Pointer says: “To work for Silverstone is a refreshing experience and I can bring a lot to the company. I have utilised the high demanding training I have gained from Emirates customer service programme and transferred this to Silverstone’s way of thinking. The result has been amazing.”
Scott Norville, managing director of Silverstone Fleet Management, said: “I am proud to have Charlie on board – pardon the pun.
“Charlie’s role is one of the most important roles within the business dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis while working closely with our funder is a key part of what she does. Charlie’s attitude and determination really does shine through. I am delighted to have Charlie with us.
“All at Silverstone have welcomed her with open arms and she is proving to be a valuable member of the team.”
