NORTHAMPTON-based Silverstone Fleet Management’s Charlie Pointer got off to a flying start to join their sales support team.
Her background is customer service where she was working on the Emirates Airlines and now her feet are firmly back on the ground with a challenging but rewarding role with Silverstone.
Silverstone are entering into their fifth trading year in May and have expanded their team to focus on customer retention as well as moving to a new purpose-built premises in July due to the expansion.
Charlie Pointer says: “To work for Silverstone is a refreshing experience and I can bring a lot to the company. I have utilised the high demanding training I have gained from Emirates customer service programme and transferred this to Silverstone’s way of thinking. The result has been amazing.”
