GAVIN Cunjamalay joins JCT600 VLS to expand SME business as West Midlands regional sales manager.
He joins the leasing and fleet management division of independent JCT600 from Enterprise Rent-A-Car where he spent eight years, including the last two years as a branch rental manager in Birmingham.
In his new role Gavin will be responsible for developing Yorkshire-based JCT600 VLS’s contract leasing and fleet management services with SMEs throughout the West Midlands.
Based in Birmingham, he will be looking for business development opportunities across all sectors.
This latest appointment is part of JCT600 VLS’s ongoing strategy of building its sales team across the UK as it continues to expand out of its northern heartland.

Gavin added: “This is a really exciting new challenge for me – being in the motor industry, I already knew of JCT600 VLS and wanted to work for a company which puts the customer at the heart of its business. JCT600 doesn’t want to be the biggest, but it does want to be the best and I hope that my personality and commitment to my customers will help it to do that.”
In his spare time, Gavin is also committed to raising funds for Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions is a stand-alone business within JCT600. It operates a fleet of 7,000 vehicles, predominantly serving SMEs, typically with fleets of 5-200 vehicles, supplying all brands of cars, vans and even minibuses throughout the UK from the South East to Scotland. Based at Apperley Bridge, it employs 45 staff.
With its head office in Bradford, the JCT600 group is a family business with 50 dealerships selling 18 of the world’s most respected brands such as Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW/MINI, Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Vauxhall and Volkswagen. The group now employs a workforce of 2,200 people.
