GO GREEN Leasing is the latest broker to appoint APD Global Research as its customer satisfaction provider.

The Cheshire-based broker has adopted APD’s integrated online platform to enable it to measure customer and driver satisfaction against the performance of its own third-party suppliers, including vehicle ordering and vehicle delivery.

Email alerts are triggered by customer dissatisfaction and routed to Go Green colleagues in real time to enable immediate resolution with its internal team or supply chain partners.

Go Green can access the platform 24 hours a day to give it an immediate view of its customer satisfaction, which is particularly powerful during busy periods of the year such as the March and September number plate change.

Eddie Shaw, managing director of Go Green Leasing, said: “We have experienced some strong growth in recent years and it’s important we understand more about the service we are providing to our customers.

“APD has got a great platform that enables customers to provide feedback online and then we have access to this in real time. It will be a real game changer for us to further improve customer retention and resolve any service issues quickly and efficiently.

Andrew Skelhorn, APD’s research director said: “Our customer service platform is managing over 50,000 customers surveys a month and is providing a valuable service for brokers and leasing companies, many of which who are never directly meeting their driver customer in the flesh.”
