HYUNDAI is sponsoring two categories in the Leasing Broker Awards – and these are key to any successful brokerage: Best leasing broker customer service award – up to 4000 vehicle sales and Best leasing broker customer service award – 4000+ vehicle sales.
Described as the ‘holy grail’ for all brokers offering leasing services, in the recent Leasing Broker Attitude Survey undertaken by the Leasing Broker Federation customer service was pinpointed by respondents as the key to future success; and as a potential stumbling block should brokers get it wrong.
The awards are designed to highlight what brokerages can offer – and the awards rubber stamp that customer offering.
