LOW Cost Vans, which has been leasing vans across the UK for over ten years, has launched a new side of the business – First National Vehicle Solutions will lease cars to businesses and individuals across the UK.

Low Cost Vans MD Rod Lloyd said: “The new team is doing a fantastic job. It’s great that our reputation gained via Low Cost Vans has enabled us to do well from the offset. We’re aiming big and planning to have over a thousand cars to lease before long. I think it’s easily achievable.”

He said he was launching the new business to meet demand, with leasing having seen a sharp increase in popularity, rising by 9% between November 2015 and November 2016, according to the Finance & Leasing Association, with a growth in user-choosers for business cars.

The car leasing business is based in the same office as Low Cost Vans at Neath in South Wales, with a two-man team of Nick Jenkins, who has over 15 years’ experience in the motor trade, and Mike Churchill Jones who previously worked for Low Cost Vans.

Nick commented: “Since launching we’ve been non-stop. We’ve got some really good deals going due to the established relationships that Low Cost Vans has nurtured which are obviously appealing.”

First National Vehicle Solutions will use the expertise and infrastructure that Low Cost Vans has developed over its years in business – the company has established deals with a number of brands including Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Citroen, Peugeot and Audi, offering cars from £99 a month with free delivery.
