Marshall Leasing builds up sales operation

MARSHALL Leasing has announced two new additions to its sales operation, with Keith Turner joining the new business team in a senior consultancy role and Richard Gill adding to the new business development team.

Sales and marketing director Jonathan Ross said: “Keith has a wealth of experience having worked both sides of the fleet desk. He has been a fleet manager so he understands the challenges of professional fleet administration and recognises what good looks like. Keith has also had a successful career in fleet sales most recently working with Mercedes.

“As soon as I met Keith I knew he would be the perfect addition to the team. We have recruited some fantastic talent into our sales operation in 2015 with Lottie Linell and Julie Irons, so securing Keith is the perfect start for 2016.”

Keith said: “My role as new business sales consultant is to actively prospect and generate new business for Marshall Leasing.

“I have worked in the fleet industry for over 12 years, as a fleet manager and business development manager for Mercedes-Benz at dealer level. These positions have given me a very broad understanding of what is required to manage a fleet and how important it is to understand and analyse each client’s individual fleet policy in detail to add value.”

Of Richard Gill, Jonathan Ross said: “Richard is an exceptional young man with great credentials he will fit in perfectly. I am absolutely delighted to see such capable talent joining our business. Proof once again that Marshall Leasing is very much an employment destination.”

Richard will be joining the new business development team working under the guidance of Richard Baird. Marshall Leasing is keen to build on the success enjoyed by Richard, Julie and Lottie and strengthening Richards’s team at this time reflects our confidence in the Marshall Leasing proposition.

Richard said: “Having previously worked in sales and customer relations, within the construction software industry I feel I can bring skills and experience to Marshall leasing especially on the social media front. I have been given a platform to continue to develop these skills and the Marshall ‘Key’ values are of incredible importance to me. They are what really attracted me to the business.”
