FLEET Procure, a new vehicle procurement platform for brokers, is to headline the networking sponsors at the Leasing Broker Conference (November 23, 2017).
Fleet Procure has developed a software platform that links leasing brokers to dealers and vice-versa. The platform allows dealers to pre-populate their discount terms so that, having configured a client’s vehicle, the broker can instantly see final invoice prices to use with its funding partners.
Fleet Procure founder, Lee Jones, says that it will effectively bring an end to pricing and invoicing errors, whilst bringing a more streamlined way for dealers to connect with leasing brokers. The platform also facilitates the entire order-to-delivery process, allowing for improved order management.
An additional benefit to the broker partners include access to a ‘pooled’ procurement where dealer relationships are managed along with discounts negotiated at both dealer and manufacturer level.
Jones said that further features are in development including a stock link tool to allow dealers to connect brokers with latest stock availability.
National coverage is provided by selected regional dealer partners.
The first brokers to join the platform for the initial launch phase are:
- Kew Vehicle Leasing in Surrey;
- Keyfleet in Preston;
- Bluepoppy Vehicle Solutions in Bristol; and
- Glynns Vehicle Contract in Hove.
Fleet Procure aims to have 25 broker partners live by the start of 2018, which will see the platform handle in excess of 15,000 vehicle orders by year end.
Brokers interested in the system can meet the Fleet Procure team at the Leasing Broker Conference or contact them directly via www.fleetprocure.com
Dealers already signed up to Fleet Procure
Fleet Procure says that dealers benefit from a streamlined interaction with brokers via the user interface, vastly reducing time spent on the phone and email.
The live discount upload tool means that dealer partners can instantly update their market position in terms of moving discounts up or down when needed.
Dealer groups that have signed up to the platform during the initial launch phase include:
- JCT600 Fleet;
- Westover Group Fleet; and
- Sutton Park Motor Company.
Fleet Procure is the headline networking sponsor at the Leasing Broker Conference and will be available to talk to interested brokers.
The conference, which takes place at the RSA House off London’s Strand, will not only feature speakers talking about broker automotive issues, but will also feature speed networking opportunities to meet companies that could enhance your business.
Confirmed networkers are Fleet Procure and the insurance company Premia Solutions, which has new broker insurance products launching September.
