SUCCESS makes people happy and brings even better results so it’s no wonder the booming UK automotive industry including the leasing sector has starred in the latest Sunday Times Best Companies listings.
Top of the Best 25 Big Companies at No1 was Inchcape UK, up from 8th, with Sytner Group runner-up for a second year.
But up with the big boys and shining among the Best 100 Small Companies was the sponsor of the Business Vans Awards Vanarama in 27th place – well above companies like Naked Wines and People’s Lottery – and they celebrated with a staff fancy dress day.
Close behind Vanarama in 34th was The Right Fuelcard Company (TRFC) with a 3 Star Accreditation – the highest accolade a company can receive – for “exceptional” levels of employee’s engagement.
TRFC also received a special ‘Discovering Potential Award’ for the pioneering Bayford Foundation – a dedicated training arm which has forged strong partnerships with community organisations such as the Prince’s Trust and Probation Service.
