FAMILY-owned South Coast-based Snows grows its Toyota network to eight in a total of 30 dealerships across the South and West with the acquisition of two in Hampshire and West Sussex.
The Toyota dealerships in Chichester and Waterlooville have been acquired by Snows Group from WKB Group, as director David Kilby has taken the decision to retire from the business after 25 years.
WKB Chichester and Waterlooville join the six existing Snows Toyota dealerships already in operation across the South and South West of England at Exeter, Honiton, Paignton, Plymouth, Hedge End and Southampton.
Snows already has a presence in the surrounding area, with BMW, MINI, and SEAT dealerships located in Portsmouth where the group with a strong corporate team has been involved in the motor trade since the 1980s.
For the foreseeable future, both Chichester and Waterlooville will continue to trade as WKB Toyota, though under the management of Snows Group with overall responsibility for the dealerships falling to Snows Group directors Phil Maddison and Alex Domone.
The WKB Nissan dealership adjoining  the Waterlooville Toyota site has been acquired by Yeomans.
