THE Stoneacre Group has appointed Steve Waldron to expand its broker and leasing offering.

Steve, with 28 years’ experience in the automotive sector, is tasked with expanding its broker presence.

Currently Stoneacre has 356 brokers on its books, but is on the lookout for more.

“We sell 1000 cars a year on the broker side and want to increase that to 1500 in 2018,” explained Steve.

According to Steve, his broker and leasing channel is currently responsible for 2000 vehicles a year across the 20 brands Stoneacre represents.

“There’s been a few supply issues in 2017, but we can grow that figure next year,” reckoned Steve, who has been in talks about joining FleetProcure, the broker/dealer platform which was the lead Networking sponsor at the recent Leasing Broker Federation Conference.
