Vanarama has launched its Total Lease Care (TLC) package – a free and enhanced breakdown cover available to its commercial vehicle leasing customers across the duration of their lease agreements.
The package – applied to all vehicles delivered from April 01 2017 – is exclusive to Vanarama customers and includes breakdown cover, roadside recovery and a relief vehicle for up to seven days if a customer’s vehicle is off the road for more than 24 hours. There’s even three months of tools insurance for free in case the worst happens and a customer suffers a break-in.
Vanarama ceo and founder Andy Alderson said:
“Normally, all of our vehicles come with a manufacturer’s warranty and one year of breakdown recovery as standard, but our new Total Lease Care package enhances that cover significantly.
“We know our customers really well and understand the sorts of services that will really make a difference to them. If their van breaks down or they have an accident it can cost their businesses and frustrate their customers. If something happens, they don’t want to hear that it’s ‘not our problem’, they want support – that’s why we created the TLC package, to keep them on the road and able to work.”
Vanarama says the TLC package is just one of several enhancements the company has planned for launch this year.
