VEHICLE-leasing specialist Vanarama uses gamification technology to engage its award-winning team and improve customer service.
Vanarama worked with RMG Networks Holding Corporation ( RMG), to create the special internal communications system.
Vanarama’s new facilities embrace the latest in visual technology with a real-time communications system designed by RMG across its sales floors. The system utilises RMG’s bespoke core platform to aggregate the data directly from the company’s sales platform, telephone system and Evolution CRM, taking the information generated and presenting it in a visually compelling way on large screen displays throughout the offices.
The way Vanarama uses gamification, the heart of the system features the “Hall of Fame,” a leader board which showcases the best sales people for the given week, month and year, as well as sales and call data which can be actioned in real time by the teams. The system also integrates into the office AV system to automatically play sounds when specific goals are achieved.
By making data visual, employees are better able to understand what is happening on the sales floor and continually improve their performance – this impacts directly on providing even better customer service.
