WESSEX Fleet has appointed FMG to provide a bespoke incident management service for 800 vehicles on behalf of the Wiltshire-based independent fleet management specialist.
The service will enable Wessex Fleet’s customers to call just one number to access a fully comprehensive solution which includes 24/7/365 first notification of loss, a UK-wide repair management solution and a suite of legal services.
FMG specialises in reducing fleet incident costs through the careful management and streamlining of every stage in the incident resolution process.
Visibility of incident data was a major priority for Wessex Fleet, and itscustomers can check on all costs and repair progress at any time via a web-based customised portal, providing a full view of key data and a suite of reports.
