CHRIS Smith has joined rapidly expanding GB Vehicle Leasing, brokerage.
Chris, formerly of Intelligent Car Leasing and Leasing Options, is hugely experienced in the industry.
He has some 40 years operating in the vehicle contract hire and leasing marketplace at a senior level and spent 25 of those years with Leasing Options.
Nathan Ridings, Director of Bury-based GB Vehicle Leasing, said:
“We have huge plans for 2018 and when the opportunity arose to bring Chris into the management team we grabbed it without hesitation.
“Chris has huge experience within the sector and will be instrumental in our growth plans, which has seen our sales team double during the last 18 months.
“But our plan goes beyond that to look at the whole customer journey, from first point of contact to delivery and beyond.
“Our customer service and retention levels have always been excellent, but there is always room for improvement. The knowledge that Chris brings to the company will enhance the customer experience through compliance, sales, systems, suppliers, service and retention.”
On his appointment as Commercial Director, Chris Smith added:
