COMMERCIAL Vehicle Contracts is the latest leasing broker to join the Leasing Broker Federation.

A big welcome to them.

Based in Bexhill-on-Sea in Sussex, Commercial Vehicle Contracts was founded by Managing Director, Russell Nixon.

The company services both the South East and nationally with both business and personal leasing.

Recently, Commercial Vehicle Contracts completed a revamp of its website as it aims for further market growth.

Currently there are eight staff members, but at the end of the year, Commercial Vehicle Contracts is planning to move to bigger premises that can take double that number.

“We are hands-on with customers. That’s one of our USPs,” explained Nathan Khan, Digital Marketing Manager. “We will always be the first port of call for customers – and find the answers – even post sales enquiries. Our objective is ensuring the customer is happy throughout the period of the leasing agreement and we pride ourselves on going that extra mile and taking the stress of dealing with funders, dealerships and garages whenever we can.”

Khan added:

“We excel in ensuring we provide our customers with the best customer service, but we wanted to gain additional credibility. And we believe that, by being part of the Federation collective, will show our objective of focusing on the customer experience.

“We want to be part of the conversation to shape the industry. So we are looking forward to meeting fellow brokers at the dinner and conference in the future. We see it as part of our future growth strategy.”
