SILVERSTONE Sales Director Nick Ingram is taking on the 13.1 mile challenge on Sunday to raise money for the Cynthia Spencer Hospice.

The hospice is Silverstone’s chosen charity and Ingram said he has been in training for the event for many months. He said: “This is the second year I will be doing it and this year I want to break the 1 hour 40 mark.”

His training regime has been helped by having a Silverstone colleage who is also a personal trainer. Ingram added: “This has helped with the nutrition side of things. Raising money for Cynthia Spencer is very important to all of us at Silverstone and this is one of many events we have lined up this year.”

Ingram’s JustGiving page is https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/nick-ingram6.

Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides specialist palliative care for people diagnosed with life-limiting illnesses and their families at the Hospice in Northampton and across Northamptonshire through their Community Care Team; helping patients to enjoy the best quality of life possible.
