INDEPENDENTLY-owned Yorkshire-based motor group JCT600 has appointed Paul Noon head of fleet for JCT600 VW division.

Paul joins JCT600 from RMB Automotive in Stockton where he worked as corporate sales manager having previously spent 11 years at Benfield Motor Group, latterly as group corporate sales manager.  Prior to that, Paul worked as purchasing manager for JCT600 Contracts for 10 years.

In his new role, Paul will be based at JCT600’s fleet hub at Volkswagen Bradford, but will be responsible for fleet operations at all of the group’s Volkswagen sites including overseeing the sales and sales support teams and supporting the local business development managers in winning new clients as well as managing existing accounts.

Paul commented: “After a 12-year absence, I was very keen to come ‘home’ to JCT600 which, despite having undergone many changes, has retained its strong family ethos and commitment to putting the customer first.

“It’s also a great opportunity to support the fleet division’s ambitious sales growth aspirations by maximising the massive opportunities provided by the Volkswagen range of vehicles while providing our customers with a ‘best place to shop’ experience on every occasion.”

Neill Richards, group fleet sales director for JCT600, said:  “It’s great to have Paul back at JCT600.  With his extensive experience in the sector, he will be a valuable addition to the team as we continue to grow our fleet division.”

With its head office in Bradford, the JCT600 group is a family business with 50 dealerships selling 18 of the world’s most respected brands such as Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW/MINI, Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Vauxhall and Volkswagen. The group now employs a workforce of 2,300 people.
