SURREY based leasing broker Kew Vehicle Leasing has streamlined its management processes with Sharepoint, part of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.

The cloud based platform allows the management of content and knowledge within a common platform for all Kew staff.

Called Kew Online, it contains all the common documents used in the business. It features  links to websites and  funder portals, latest offer announcements and BVRLA related documents.

A group diary allows all staff within the business to plan their week ahead with full visibility of all other staff movements. In addition, Kew Online contains discussion boards to reduce the volume of intra-staff emails.
