RIBBLE Valley based leasing broker KeyFleet has agreed a vehicle sponsorship deal with Burnley Football Club.

Under the deal, KeyFleet is providing a sponsored vehicle for the club’s Membership Manager Paul Walsh as he helps more local businesses gain access to the clubs business facilities.

The deal was agreed between Burnley’s Commercial Director Anthony Fairclough and KeyFleet’s Head of Sales Dave Turner.

With the provision of KeyFleet’s sponsored car, Paul Walsh will be able to build more relationships within the local business community and generate more visitors to the club’s ‘Business Hub’ and more members to the ‘By Official Appointment’ programme.

Turner commented:

“Having known Anthony for many years and having a great relationship with Burnely Football Club, we felt the natural step was to solidify that arrangement and get more involved in and around the club.

“Our business is focused around Lancashire and the North West and the strong community ethos that Burnley has is a perfect fit for us.

“Our team is already making use of the Business Hub and By Official Appointment status and has built some great relationships with staff, players and supporters. We are looking forward to a long-term relationship with the club and are looking forward to the next By Official Appointment networking event.”

Burnley’s Fairclough added:

“As a club we actively look to build relationships with local, progressive and reputable businesses in the area and we feel we have the ideal partner in KeyFleet which shares our sense of community. Development of our commercial relationships through the Business Hub, By Official Appointment or hospitality is very important to our business. We are delighted that KeyFleet has supported us in this way and we look forward to supporting their business development through our programmes.”
