LeasePlan confirms profit up 14%
Leaseplan extends its contract with FMG.

LEASEPLAN has confirmed that it has extended its contract with incident management outsourcing specialist FMG for another two year period; the companies have been working together since 2003.

FMG will continue to provide LeasePlan’s fleet with a range of incident management services including network management, salvage, FNOL, repair management, uninsured loss recovery (ULR), non-fault hire and rental damage.

Head of Procurement & Supplier Management at LeasePlan, Neil Dixon, said;

They will continue to play a crucial role as we focus on exceeding customer expectations.”

FMG has recently launched an app that allows LeasePlan drivers to track repair progress, an improved driver communication framework and a new online portal.
