LEASEPLAN has appointed Lisa McGowan to the position of Customer Services Director.

She brings a wealth of commercial experience to the role, having previously worked as Commercial Excellence Director at LeasePlan, a position she held for two and a half years.

In this role, McGowan created the Commercial Excellence function and managed its specialist teams, which cover areas such as commercial vehicles, mobility services and employee rewards.

In her new role, she will play a key part in strengthening and developing LeasePlan’s customer services operations team, which stands at the centre of the customer experience.

The appointment forms part of LeasePlan’s wider strategy to enhance its customer value proposition, as it continues to invest significantly in its services to provide a more flexible and convenient driver experience to its clients at a competitive price.
