The judges said Leasewell “offer the basics well, has great service orientation and likes to focus on commercial vehicles” adding: “They don’t try to do everything and go the extra mile on service.”

Customer and staff satisfaction is enhanced too with the rewarding new policy of each transaction being handled by the same salesman from enquiry to delivery and follow-up, rather than being handed over to other staff such as for the financial underwriting.
The strategy is neat too, with the advance ordering of ‘high end’ commercial vehicles like Sportline Transporters to absorb the usual seven-month delivery for more rapid response.
This paid dividends when the front-running British Touring Car Championship Volkswagen team BMR wanted three Sportline Transporters quickly – these were supplied in identical trim, including a wheel change, in just two weeks! And the Peter Lloyd race team got an Amarok in just two working days from first call – how cool is that!
Now with expansion into cars and recruitment of a bigger sales team, the future of Leasewell looks even brighter for 2016.
