SOUTH Wales fleet specialist My Big Green Fleet is to sponsor the Olorun Ponty Butchers rugby side for the 2017 summer season.

Ponty Butchers, based in Pontardawe, Swansea, is run by volunteers and made up of local Welsh-based players from across the Welsh Premiership, Welsh Championship and local club leagues.

Andy Wiggins, MD of Pencoed-based My Green Fleet, said: “as a company we love to give back to the community and when Gareth, of the Olorun Ponty Butchers, approached us to sponsor the rugby club we didn’t hesitate to sign up!

“We enjoyed watching the side play over at the Kinsale 7s where they won the plate and they showed great character to do so, therefore we are honoured to sponsor them.
