KEEPING up their winning ways, Neva celebrates the LeasePlan Network 2016 Franchisee of the Year title awarded at the annual conference to follow up their triumphs at the Leasing Broker Federation awards.
For the first time they were shortlisted for – and won – the ‘Broker of the Year for deliveries of 250 to 1,000’ with Network alone, in 2016.
Delighted Neva Consultants director Graham Prince said: “This award was judged not only on sales growth year on year, but on factors including quality of documentation, breadth of products supplied and overall standards adhered to as well as the politeness and efficiency demonstrated by our staff in dealing with LeasePlan on a day to day basis. ”
They were then put against the winners of the other two categories – ‘25 to 250 deliveries’ and ‘1000 units and over’.
The result? Graham said: “I am shocked but absolutely delighted to tell you that we won the LeasePlan / Network Franchisee of the Year 2016”.
At the LBF Awards in December they were double award winners, picking up the Best Leasing Broker 1000-4000 Annual Vehicle Sales ( sponsored by BMW/MINI ) and also the Best Leasing Broker Customer Service Award up to 4000 Vehicle Sales ( sponsored by Hyundai ).
Graham said: “The reason I am so proud is that these awards are judged by our industry peers including leasing companies as well as other industry leading figures from Grant Thornton, BCA and The Miles Consultancy and we were up against all leasing brokers throughout the UK.
“These double successes at these events are a great honour and achievement for Neva Consultants and are a testament of our focus on good quality customer service, understanding our customers’ needs, and how we ensure customers are aware of all the benefits of leasing, which enables them to make informed decisions around their individual business circumstances.
“Not only would Nick and I like to thank all of our staff but also it is a huge thank you to all of our customers. It is obvious to say, but we could not have won these awards without your business.
“Everybody enjoys and needs a pat on the back but with Neva Consultants celebrating 25 years of trading this April it is even more special to win these awards. It means we have not become stale but endeavour to innovate and always with an aim to deliver a first class service.
“Testament to this is that we have a number of customers that have been with us since day one. As you have grown, so have we and together we have navigated through the legislation rules and tax changes around running a fleet but we, like you, are still here and ready and excited for what the next 25 years will throw at us.”
