IS there no stopping Synergy Automotive this year? Apparently not!
Congratulations are due to Paul Parkinson, who has been named Company Leader of The Year in the up to 100 employees’ category of the inaugural Yorkshire Leadership awards.
The award was for demonstrating modern leadership qualities of inspiration, collaboration and empowerment – along with their positive impact on the workforce.
The accolade follows Synergy’s overall Leasing Broker of the Year win in the Leasing Broker of the Year 2018 awards. Synergy also retained its Best Medium Leasing Broker and Best Medium Leasing Broker Customer Service Award titles in the awards organised by the Leasing Broker Federation.
Kayley Worsley, editor of TheBusinessDesk.com Yorkshire which organises the Yorkshire Leadership Awards, said:
“Congratulations to all the winners of our inaugural Yorkshire Leadership Awards. The Company Leader of up to 100 employees attracted a very high volume of entries and it’s fantastic to recognise Paul’s success in leading Synergy in a collaborative and empowering way.”
Paul Parkinson added:
“The award is a great team honour and pays tribute to the hard work and commitment of our valued and outperforming employees who consistently deliver an exceptional service to our customers. Each and every one of our 45 employees has played a role in achieving this accolade.”
The judges noted that Paul was instrumental in developing Synergy’s staff to their full potential. This included mentoring employees and a tri-weekly team workshop focusing on personal development. The growing business also invested over 200 hours annually in training its people.
This commitment to staff development has been recognised in its delivery of customer excellence, Synergy outperforming household names in the UK and globally in an international benchmark used by Fortune 500 companies to measure customer loyalty.
Global independent ratings and reviews site has also awarded Synergy the Gold Trusted Service Award for delivering a 5-star rated customer experience for the fourth consecutive year from 2015-2018.
