Congratulations are due to Paul Parkinson, who has been named Company Leader of The Year in the up to 100 employees’ category of the inaugural Yorkshire Leadership awards.

The award was for demonstrating modern leadership qualities of inspiration, collaboration and empowerment – along with their positive impact on the workforce.

The accolade follows Synergy’s overall Leasing Broker of the Year win in the Leasing Broker of the Year 2018 awards. Synergy also retained its Best Medium Leasing Broker and Best Medium Leasing Broker Customer Service Award titles in the awards organised by the Leasing Broker Federation.

Global independent ratings and reviews site has also awarded Synergy the Gold Trusted Service Award for delivering a 5-star rated customer experience for the fourth consecutive year from 2015-2018.
