GB Car Leasing has been recognised for best practice in the car leasing industry following its successful transformation of its business model in the face of digital disruption.

The resulting business with updated systems, enhanced sales channels and improved product offerings has seen significant growth combined with improving customer service scores.

The process was submitted to his spring’s Parliamentary Review which shares insight, encourages best practice and helps organisations confront the challenges of an ever-changing political landscape..

The contribution, written by GB Car Leasing managing director Keir Jones, shares a vision for the future of mobility and car ownership in the UK and reflects on the growth in demand for electric and hybrid vehicles.

He said: “We are delighted to be featured in this year’s Parliamentary Review and we hope our experience and expertise is well received by ministers, MPs and other key stakeholders.”
