SSANGYONG Motor UK has made four new appointments with two new regional managers boosting the SsangYong aftersales team, following the arrival of Doug Lincoln as aftersales director earlier this year.
Paul Williams, CEO of SsangYong Motor UK, said: “We want to give our dealer network the highest standard of support possible and are therefore introducing regional aftersales managers, as well as an enhanced service from head office in Luton.”
Regional aftersales managers directly responsible for SsangYong aftersales support and development have been appointed for two regions, north and south.
Peter Howe has joined the company to manage the northern region, while Adrian Ryan will cover the south.
Neil Pemberton takes up the new role of technical manager, and will be responsible for new vehicle homologation and other certification matters, while Nic Watkins-Price becomes dealer support manager, taking responsibility for all dealer aftersales requests.
