TOTAL Motion Vehicle Management, the Leicester based broker, has been named as the official vehicle partner for the British men’s UCI Continental cycling team, ONE Pro Cycling.

Co-founded in late 2014 by former England cricketer Matt Prior, the team went on to complete a debut season racing at UCI Continental level, before becoming the first British team to move up to Professional Continental level in 2016.

The team boasts a strong international 11-rider roster. It is currently competing at UCI Continental level events across the UK and Europe, entering teams in events such as the Tour de Yorkshire and Coppi e Bartali in Italy.

But the team has bigger aims as it wants to progress to the world’s biggest cycling races, including the Tour de France and the Vuelta e Espana.

Thanks to the Total Motion tie up, ONE Pro Cycling will have access to the Total Motion Affinity Scheme.  Aimed at select corporate organisations, the scheme has been designed to make vehicle leasing easy and affordable for all employees.

Simon Hill, Total Motion Managing Director said:

“We have been involved in fleet management for more than 30 years and our value and performance goals reflect those of ONE Pro Cycling, making this the perfect fit.

“We are incredibly proud and delighted to be working with Matt Prior and ONE Pro Cycling. It is always very exciting for us to see the team’s success supported by Total Motion.”

ONE Pro Cycling’s 2018 team comprises British riders Tom Baylis, Jake Kelly, Jacob Scott, Pete Williams and Chris Latham, Emils Liepins of Latvia, Szymon Trackz and Karol Domagalski of Poland and New Zealand riders Hayden McCormick and James Oram.

The team’s sponsors include Aston Martin, US global law firm White & Case, Aberdeen Standard Investments and Louis Roederer Champagne.
